You to say who people who doesn't have webcam don't enter it,your suggestion is wrong big time because it a public access to everyone and it not really taylor's own because it yahoo own yahoo live chat,he simply using their service for deafies to use for their entertaining fun and if you still complain about this issue about some who don't have webcam being there then you don't go there how that for a change.All you do is just ignore it and don't forget some don't have webcam but who know in time when they have time to buy one that their business not your Shrimpy ok thanks
Well I have a webcam, actually 3 of them, one on each computer. And I often go on LiveChat without the Cam because of the way I look! Or for some other reasons.
I do not like to chat Live without a bra on is another good excuse for not going Live sometimes!

But, how many kids who under 18 have webcam? If there have JR deafread live chat. There will be few kids there. It will become bored.
Although, kids still can enter live chat without log in their name. This live chat is really public. No control.
